This is a more challenging project, but still requires
only basic skills. Besides a table saw, you'll need a bandsaw or scroll
saw, drill press, and a mortise attachment for your drill press, or a dedicated
mortiser. I'm making two vanities. The parts at left are the legs and rails
for both. Always chop the mortises before cutting tenons,

On this page I'll start with the frame for both the table
and the bench, which are similar. First cut the legs to size length, then
chop out the mortises. Then you're ready to taper the legs! |

Now your ready to make the rails and their tenons. Cut
the stock per the plans specs, then layout your tenons. Check
